Salary: £30,000–£35,000 basic + Commission (OTE £60,000–£70,000)
RPS Telecom is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Regional Sales Executive to help accelerate our expansion across Wales and the South West. We are now investing in expanding our reach within our core region—and we’re looking for a sales professional who can represent the RPS brand locally and credibly.
The Role
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue within Wales and the South West. You’ll develop your own pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and events—while also converting inbound enquiries generated by our marketing activity.
This role is best suited to someone based in or near Wales or the South West, who is comfortable travelling across the region and spending time in the Cwmbran office for team collaboration and customer meetings.
You will:
- Prospect and develop new opportunities within your assigned territory
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound activity and relationship-building
- Build and manage your pipeline in the CRM (Zoho)
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored telecoms solutions
- Collaborate with our technical team to produce accurate proposals
- Present confidently to prospects and negotiate deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

You will have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B field sales or business development
- Proven success generating and closing new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling consultatively (telecoms/IT experience ideal but not essential)
- The ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and drive performance
- A strong presence and understanding of the Wales/South West business landscape
