Hally are working with a pre-IPO database vendor currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Director for their UKI team, leading strategic and major accounts. This organisation has an elite global sales leadership team, driving the company towards an IPO and significant $XXXm ARR revenues.


We are looking for an experienced MEDDIC playbook leader who has a strong track record of recruiting, coaching and managing seasoned AEs that sell into FTSE100 / $Bn+ revenue accounts, as new business and expansion deals. You will be responsible for setting and operating the rhythm for PG, high impact qualification and forecasting processes, and being a hands-on leader to support the team in closing deals at CxO level.


Requirements;

  • 2-3 years in leadership following successful earlier career as a top-performing AE
  • Complex tech sales background selling into senior IT stakeholders
  • Impeccable sales track record as an IC and Leader of over-attainment
  • New business mentality with a track record of strategic and major logo wins in multiple industries with 6 & 7 figure ARR deals
  • Strong MEDDIC/MEDDPICC leadership approach and evidence of successfully performing in a similar sales environment prior
  • Previous IPO journey experience desirable
  • Proximity/commutable to London HQ, 2-3 days per week
