In the role of Regional Sales Director you will work in conjunction with the National Sales Director to develop and deliver a growth plan for your region. Your key responsibilities will include providing both strategic and tactical leadership and direction to the Regional Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, our technical experts are utilised effectively, and an exceptional customer experience is delivered. Key success criteria will include:

Exceed revenue target and budget expectations by growing sales / improving discount margins / improving ROI Recruiting and developing an outstanding sales team within their region Working collaboratively across the whole sales organisation in Sunbelt Rentals Increasing the customer base Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints / queries Reducing customer attrition rates Effectively utilise our planned CRM processes What can we offer you in return?
