Regional Property Manager Home based (Southeast) - £55k Were working with one of the larger Residential Property Services Groups who require a Regional Property Manager as follows: Fully home-based role covering the Southeast Region (comprising Herts, Essex, London and Kent) Managing 6 x Property Manager who themselves oversee portfolios of Leasehold Blocks across Herts, Essex, London and Kent Visiting Property Managers in their territories periodically for reviews and/or as required for ad-hoc issues that arise ZERO portfolio management responsibility (i.e. you will manage staff NOT property) Providing technical / professional guidance and support to 6 x property managers Dealing at client level with regards to handovers/mobilisation Handling escalated resident complaints where necessary Staff performance management and training, reporting back to head office as required You MUST have a proven track record MANAGING PROPERTY MANAGERS as well as having a comprehensive background in managing portfolios earlier in your career Profession...
