Day-to-day of the role:

Develop and maintain strategies to minimize building-related risks associated with the properties. Ensure all properties are maintained to high standards within the allocated budget. Manage annual Leasehold and capital works within budget and program, obtaining competitive and value-for-money quotations. Ensure all plant and equipment are serviced and maintained in accordance with Statutory Regulations and best practices. Handle day-to-day repairs and call-outs, ensuring they meet the high standards expected. Manage property projects from planning through to execution, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
