About the Company\n\nOur client, a childcare business, is looking for an area operations manager to manage 9 nursery sites across the East Midlands\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs an area manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple nursery sites, ensuring that each location meets the company's standards for quality and service.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Manage daily operations of 9 nursery sites.\n\n * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\n * Train and develop staff to enhance performance.\n\n * Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.\n\n * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.\n\nQualifications\n\n * At least Level 3 in Childcare\n\n * Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the nursery or childcare sector.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Strong leadership and team management skills.\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n\n * Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.\n\n * Experience with Early Years.\n\n * Area/multisite management within early years childcare.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * Experience with early childhood education programs.\n\n * Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the childcare industry.\n\n * Experience with Ofsted.\n\nPay range and compensation package\n\nc£55k and additional benefits
