Regional Operations Manager – Children’s Residential\nLocation: Covering the Leeds to Leicester region\nSalary: £58,000 per annum + attractive benefits!\nDiamond Search Recruitment is proud to be representing our client in the recruitment of an experienced and passionate Regional Operations Manager to join their senior leadership team within children’s residential care.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a strong Registered Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role, or an experienced Area / Regional Manager seeking to join a forward-thinking and values-led organisation.\nRole Summary\nAs Regional Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a group of children’s residential care, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.\nJoining the childrens residential care division. Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity of expertise is required. Delivering audits, coaching and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.

Guding and supporting staff teams to maintaina safe, nuturing and therapeutic environment\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\n * \n A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home rated Good or above\n * \n Proven operational leadership experience within children’s residential care\n * \n Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks\n * \n Experience of achieving and maintaining Responsible Individual status\n * \n Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills\n * \n A recognised qualification relevant to working with children at Level 4 or above (e.g. social work or similar)\n * \n QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children’s Services, or willingness to undertake\n * \n A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle\n * \n A strong track record of achieving positive outcomes for young people\nIf you are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people and ready to take the next step in senior leadership, we would love to hear from you.\nDiamond Search Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency regarding this vacancy
