About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: The EMEA Regional Customer Marketing team is responsible for planning and executing comprehensive GoToMarket (GTM) and Account Based Marketing (ABM) digital lead generation campaigns to drive substantial growth through new business leads and existing customer accounts. We look to create an exceptional prospect and customer experience through top to bottom funnel marketing tactics including and not limited to paid social media, digital advertising, email and webinars. The team partners closely with other marketing functions and commercial sales and editorial teams to achieve our goals. The Role: As Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA), you will operate with a digital and data mindset, taking strategic information from stakeholders including Product Marketing and Commercial Commodity Specialists to design and execute end-to-end marketing tactical GTM and ABM plans to drive lead conversion and market share across new and existing accounts. Managing several campaign budgets and the full funnel marketing mix—including but not limited to digital, email, and virtual events—you will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to refine programs and achieve shared growth targets. Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy strategic GTM and ABM plans across multiple tactics including but not limited to email, content syndication, display ads, webinars, and social media channels to achieve revenue targets. Partner and collaborate effectively with Marketing and Commercial teams inc. Product Marketing, Sales Specialists and Account Managers to understand customer needs and deliver marketing plans that reflect the customer journey and buying cycle. Leverage and explore AI and digital tools including but not limited to Internal and external AI Assistants, Customer Data Platforms and CRM systems (Marketo) to drive positive audience experience, innovative messaging, tight segmentation and good lead quality. Interrogatedata and analytics platforms to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness and use of digital techniques and processes. Drive knowledge and demonstrate value of Marketing campaigns; share latest leads, target audiences, content advancements and customer interaction with commercial sales peers through attending team meetings. Brief external agencies across creative, digital/paid social, and media planning to deliver campaign activity where necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, team‑first attitude with the integrity and motivation to work collaboratively and with agility within a close regional marketing team in a large, fast‑paced corporate environment serving commodity markets. A passion for providing great customer and new business experience through B2B campaign‑based marketing in an evolving digital to AI world—a digital to data mindset. Proven knowledge of the Sales Buying cycle, Marketing Funnel (customer journey) and how this impacts successful B2B campaign planning and execution for lead generation and pipeline contribution/acceleration. Proven track record of successful integrated inbound/outbound marketing campaigns utilising full marketing tactical mix to meet identified goals and budgets. ABM Experience of 1:1 (Key Accounts or 1:Few (Target Sector) ABM; identifying accounts, strategic planning, messaging and implementation of ABM tools for execution and results mapping. Knowledge and experience using key business applications including Marketo, Salesforce, On24 (webinars), and external/internal AI; ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini etc. to optimize tasks. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to turn data analysis into actionable outcomes, illustrate challenges and actions to stakeholders and to optimize day‑to‑day performance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience strategically planning and tactically executing B2B full funnel marketing and demand generation campaigns including ABM. Full experience of tactical execution including planning / briefing / building email program flows and copy, LinkedIn and Meta platform advertising, webinar execution, briefing content, messaging creation etc. High interest and demonstrated usage of AI platforms for marketing plans/tasks. Self‑motivated with strong history of demonstrating initiative to job responsibilities and being proactive across all work. High quality interpersonal skills – proven great working relations across functions including ability to influence and negotiate with various stakeholder groups across external marketing functions in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in a global or regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries/regions or projects/ tasks. Strong data analytical skills – “results‑driven” with the ability to multi‑task.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding and interest in commodity markets and current affairs. Proficient in CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo. Proven use of Social Media channels to drive lead generation. Proficiency in AI platforms to support workflows/projects.
