Manage and inspire a talented team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery. Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE. Proven management experience in fostering or a related field. Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonus.
