This is a visible, field-based leadership role where you’ll inspire teams, drive commercial success, and deliver exceptional, relationship-driven client experiences. What You'll Do Lead & Inspire Regional Performance
Drive regional sales and operational performance across multiple stores Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and results Lead from the front as a visible presence on the sales floor
Elevate Client Experiences
Champion a premium, relationship-driven clientelling strategy Grow client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value Ensure a seamless, best-in-class omnichannel customer journey
Drive Commercial Growth
Own key metrics including conversion, ATV, and productivity Use data and retail insight to identify opportunities and act with agility Deliver strong execution of launches, initiatives, and in-store standards
Develop Talent
Coach and develop Store Managers to elevate leadership capability Build a strong pipeline of future leaders through succession planning Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
Own The Business
Lead regional P&L performance, balancing growth and profitability Ensure operational excellence across inventory, staffing, and store standards Partner cross-functionally to drive results and consistency

5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience Proven success driving sales growth and improving store performance Strong background in clientelling and customer-centric retail Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced luxury or premium retail environments A hands‑on, inspiring leadership style with strong commercial acumen A confident, visible leader who thrives on the sales floor Customer‑first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Data‑driven, agile, and results‑oriented A natural coach who builds and inspires high‑performing teams Leads by example with energy, integrity, and accountability
