With big ambitions, a commitment to a sustainable future, and a focus on creating an inspiring workplace, Installio is at the forefront of the heat pump roll out.TasksYou’ll be a senior member of our Heat Pump Installation team and will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps in your area. You’ll provide support to team leads carrying out installs and manage multiple jobs on a weekly basis.Responsibilities:Oversee installations and provide input and direction as requiredCollaborate with engineers andelectricians to commission and sign off on installsEnsure customer satisfaction through high-quality serviceOnboard and vet new teams in your area to grow the business to the next levelManage the day to day with a mix of on site and at home workTake responsibility for the installs in your area and get the most out of your teamsRequirementsYou’ll be an experienced heat pump engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault find. You’ll also have domestic hot & cold water system knowledge as well as strong managerial and problem solving qualitiesYou have significant prior experience installing heat pumps (3+ years)Prior experience managing teams of plumbers/engineers and electriciansYou’ll know the requirements to install, commission,handover, and maintain air source heat pump systemsYou’ll have a natural ability for problem solving and a can do attitude to getting top quality installs over the line and on timeQualifications:Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathwayWRAS Water Supply RegsG3 UnventedValid driver's license with 6 points or lessIt would be great if you had some of the below tooBPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installationFGasGas safeBenefits£50K+ annual salaryBonus plan based on completed installs (£8-12k annual)28 days of holidays per annum (excl. national holidays)Company vehicle and top-of-the-range toolsModern and inspiring work environmentOngoing career development and training opportunities Apply Today and Grow with Installio! #J-18808-Ljbffr
