WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business priorities, while also supporting the day-to-day HR operations that ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience. This role will work closely with local HR teams across the UK, Europe, Egypt, and South Africa to drive consistency and alignment in HR practices throughout the region.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support overall organizational goals.
  • Driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention efforts to ensure operational continuity and capability.
  • Overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies to foster a positive, legally compliant work environment.
  • Leading core talent processes including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to build future-ready teams.
  • Supporting and enabling organizational change, cultural transformation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Standardizing HR policies and practices across the region, ensuring consistent application and adherence.
  • Managing administrative HR responsibilities, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, employment contract generation, and maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring operational excellence in HR service delivery.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while also ensuring the efficient execution of foundational HR processes and services.


JOB SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
  • 5+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally in a multinational or regional setting
  • Strong grasp of HR best practices, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across the region
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance, and succession planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders
  • Experience leading change, shaping culture, and driving engagement initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
