Responsibilities and duties of the Regional HSE Manager role
Reporting to the Safety Leader you will:
Collect and analyse Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) data to monitor performance and report against agreed KPIs. Act as the regional HSE lead across sites, promoting consistent standards and improving safety performance. Provide visible HSE leadership through regular site visits, safety walkdowns and engagement with operational teams. Manage and continually update the Top Tier Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations safety report, ensuring Major Accident Hazards (MAHs) are identified, understood and effectively controlled. Ensure full implementation of COMAH requirements, including emergency response arrangements, safety-critical maintenance and performance standards.
