Our client is a diverse, multi-site service organisation, grown considerably both organically and via acquisitions. They are who is looking to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the region for a major division, acting as a Business Partner to Directors and Line Managers.
Reporting into the HR Director, this is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a key member of the regional leadership teams and responsible for the implementation of the people strategy ensuring the delivery of the business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for supporting the Talent Management agenda within the division, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme across the business unit as well as delivering commercial HR solutions and projects, which develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a changing and growing organisation. This is a role, which allows strategic input and the opportunity to add value to enhance and develop a high performing culture.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions at both an operational and strategic level, enabling continuous improvement, ideally for large, complex, multi-site retail or logistics businesses. Commercially astute with experience of change management, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior management team to ensure HR projects and initiatives are delivered. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
