Principal People are working exclusively on behalf of a UK–wide organisation within the Transport and Logistics industry.

We are looking for a Regional Health and Safety Advisor who has experience within a Health and Safety position and is keen to make that next career move.

This is a multi–site role covering multiple sites across the UK. It is a hybrid position with fully autonomous travel to sites and a great deal of flexibility.

The role involves working closely with the wider safety group, who are eager to develop and support each other.

This position will focus on auditing across the company and developing clear action plans based on findings. Each site will present different challenges, making this a great opportunity to progress your career in Health and Safety.

The key duties include:

• Offering appropriate advice and support to site teams on Health and Safety matters
• Auditing locations within the group against the company's high safety standards
• Creating and executing an auditing schedule across UK locations
• Building positive relationships with sites to improve the HSE Culture in the region
• Working closely with underperforming sites to develop improvement strategies

• A NEBOSH General Certificate
• Operational Health and Safety experience
• A full UK Driving License
