The role supports the Head of Health and Safety in coverage across 11 marina sites in the South of England, all with unique operational environments, offering plenty of opportunity to drive real improvements in health and safety performance.\n\nResponsibilities of the Regional Health and Safety Advisor will include:\n\nChampioning a positive health and safety culture across multiple sites.\nEnsuring accurate maintenance of health and safety records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.\nLiaising with regulatory authorities such as HSE, Fire Service and the Police.\nCollaborating with the health and safety team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance workplace safety and support continuous improvement. \n\nThe successful Regional Health and Safety Advisor will have:\n\nProven experience in a similar health and safety role.
