As Regional F&I Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance across multiple stores within one or more Group 1 divisions. You will have the opportunity to oversee F&I operations, implement strategies to increase F&I sales & profitability as well as finance renewals performance, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As Group 1 is a UK-wide business, it will be necessary to work with stores spread across a wide geographical region so regular travelling will be required. This role involves training and mentoring store teams, fostering collaboration across departments, and maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers.
