Role Purpose This role is in place to assist the company in maximising profitability and minimising expenditure through efficient and effective management of A S Watson’s store estate. It includes Savers, Superdrug, 3 and The Perfume Shop together with any future brand acquisitions. A Typical Day In This Role Includes

Responsible for a geographical area with approximately 210 stores within the region. Handle lease renewals, regears, rent reviews, and other lease events in-house; negotiate and report deals, instruct solicitors, and complete legal agreements on time. Provide input on property strategy for designated brands and make recommendations based on store performance and business needs. Manage external agents, liaise with solicitors and surveyors, and coordinate with finance, accounts, and internal property teams. Ensure robust rent budgeting and accurate rent runs. Support acquisitions teams with information required for store relocation or upsizing. Assist with audit processes to ensure compliance. Process invoices and expense requests promptly and in line with company policies.

What You'll Need

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience, ideally in retail property. Extensive knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation, property networks, and retail market trends. Ability to travel within the region and attend team events and meetings. Experience in successful estates/lease management of a multi‑site retail property portfolio of appropriate scope and scale. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and internal databases.
