Regional Estates Manager - Remote
New Today
I am delighted to be working with this growing coffee shop business to help them find a Regional Estates Manager to join the Property team. The business has over 100 stores in their portfolio, and is a very well-loved brand in the world of coffee. This role will cover the East of England, including some London sites, and will be largely home‑based. Occasional travel to the stores and monthly team meetings will be par for the course. We are looking for a self‑starter who can manage their own time effectively and is used to working in a fast‑paced multi‑site business. The incoming candidate will work closely with Regional Directors, Area Managers and the Operations team, so you must be able to build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of assistance.

Store Support: Act as a point of contact for property‑related queries from stores, offering guidance on repairs, statutory compliance, and maintenance.
Provide training and coaching on property processes and Access Maintain usage.

Estate Monitoring & Inspections: Support the delivery of store inspections to assess the condition of premises, identify issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Projects & New Store Support: Support new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures, taking ownership of stores once they transition into the existing estate.
Admin & Reporting: Provide administrative support to the Head of Property, including the preparation of reports, documentation management, and coordination of meetings.
Policy & Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of property policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to suggest improvements to current practices.
