Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus up to 25% discretionary notice period.

Transforming PLC is a leading UK provider of supported living and complex needs services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours of concern.
Were recruiting a Regional Director to lead the North Region. This role will drive service growth, quality, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow services across the region
Ensure high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed support
Deliver strong CQC compliance and regulatory performance
Oversee Registered Managers and multidisciplinary teams
Manage budgets, business planning, and commercial performance
Build strong relationships with Local Authority commissioners, ICBs and partners
About You
Senior leadership experience in health & social care or supported living
Strong understanding of complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, PBS, safeguarding
Proven ability to manage multisite services and drive high performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Degree in Health & Social Care (or related field); leadership qualification desirable
