You will assess clients, recommend specialist seating solutions, and also be responsible for installing, adjusting and maintaining the equipment you prescribe.You’ll be the key contact for your region, ensuring clients receive an excellent service throughout the full product lifecycle, from assessment to installation to troubleshooting and repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesField Assessments & Customer SupportCarry out person-centred seating and postural assessments in homes, schools, clinics and community sitesIdentify needs and recommend appropriate seating and positioning solutionsProduce accurate assessment reports, quotations and case documentationProvide empathetic, professional support to clients, families and carersInstall and set up specialist seating equipment you have assessed for, ensuring correct fit, safety and comfortAdjust, modify and fine-tune equipment during and after installation as requiredProvide basic maintenance, troubleshooting and on-site repairs when customers experience issuesLiaise with operations and manufacturing teams for escalated or complex repairsEnsure equipment is left safe, fully functional and compliant with manufacturer guidelinesTraining & Relationship BuildingDeliver training sessions and product demonstrations to clinicians, school staff, carers and familiesBuild trust-based relationships with prescribers, therapists and local care networksSupport referral pathways and work collaboratively across your regionTerritory, Sales & Diary ManagementManage your own diary, travel, stock, equipment and follow-up schedulesMaintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on all assessments, quotes and opportunitiesDrive commercial growth in your region with a consultative, ethical and customer-first approachProvide insight and feedback on product performance and client needsPerson SpecificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence around children and young peoplePractical mindset – comfortable using tools, making adjustments and learning basic repairsPerson-centred, empathetic and passionate about supporting vulnerable peopleExcellent organisation and independence in managing a busy field-based diaryFull UK driving licence + willingness to travel across the South EastComfortable with basic IT (email, CRM, reporting)Experience in specialist seating, mobility equipment, assistive technology or related healthcare areasBackground in field-based roles, product demonstrations, sales or training deliveryExperience working within MDT or SEN environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionA purpose-driven role creating meaningful outcomes for children and adultsAll tools of the trade provided: laptop, phone, equipment and travel supportComprehensive training across assessments, products, repairs and customer careGenuine long-term progression with no cap on how far you can growHow to ApplyPlease send your CV and a short covering note outlining your interest in the role and your motivation for improving seating outcomes for clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
