Regional Account Manager - Plumb Centre

As a Regional Account Manager youll be responsible for:
Full account management of branch owned accounts

Working in partnership with branch operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and provide outstanding customer service.

Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short- and long term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the sales function and the values of Wolseley.

Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted.

Demonstrating strong values-based behaviour, and instil a culture of high standards and quality in all dealings with customers and branch colleagues.

Strong sales / business development experience

Self driven & motivated to achieve sales targets

Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers / clients

Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. xbpsjku
