Regional Account Director - UK Sector: Facilities Management Location: London Salary: £150,000+ Package Our client is a global leader in Facilities Services who go above and beyond to partner with their clients and provide innovative, effective solutions for cutting edge workplaces. To support a key contract, we are looking for a Regional Account Director to join the senior leadership team across a large and varied estate. All About you You will be a proven Account Director within the FM arena. You will be persuasive, engaging and above all be a true operator. You will bring innovation, motivation and leadership and be very comfortable at the top table whilst still valuing each and every member of your extensive team. People will matter along with the most excellent standards of delivery and you will never shy away from accountability. You will be the lynch‑pin for the contract across the UK and a natural relationship builder who the client can trust and respect from day one. About the role Your key responsibilities will be to play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and service delivery for your client. You will be responsible for a team of senior managers with experience of managing demanding client expectations. You will understand all business units, including marketing strategies, purchasing, finance and sales. Employee engagement will be key and you will have experience of managing large teams. Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position Excellent Leadership skills Proven Financial and Commercial acumen People Management and Influencing skills Self starter and motivator Experience with Private Sector clients Management of large teams Strong negotiation skills
