Location: Midlands (hybrid - 2 days onsite) Rate: Competitive IR35: Outside IR35 Overview An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of infrastructure and regeneration projects , focused on progressing schemes from feasibility through to procurement (design & build stage) . This role is suited to someone with strong technical awareness across civil engineering and public realm projects , capable of managing multiple workstreams at pace. Key Responsibilities Lead feasibility studies across a range of infrastructure schemes Progress projects to procurement-ready stage (design & build) Coordinate technical inputs across internal and external teams Manage multiple schemes including: Public realm improvements Pedestrian / cycle infrastructure Bridge upgrades and widening

Engage with private landowners, developers, and external stakeholders Ensure alignment with funding and regeneration objectives Key Requirements xehkeey Strong background in infrastructure / civil engineering project delivery Experience across early project stages (RIBA 0-4 or equivalent) Ability to manage multiple concurrent schemes Proven stakeholder engagement, including private sector interface Public sector experience preferred Please contact Alex Miller or Rebecca Martin for more details.
