The Person

The ideal candidate will be an experienced refrigeration engineer with strong technical and fault-finding ability.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in refrigeration service and maintenance
  • Experience working with compressors and chilled water systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join an established team, working across a small number of large industrial sites within the food production and storage sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems
  • Working across large industrial sites including food producers and storage facilities
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment such as Bitzer compressors, water chillers and packaged systems
  • Attending a set number of regular sites within a local area
  • Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 8)
