The Opportunity\n\nWe're seeking an experienced Refrigeration Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial refrigeration projects across new store developments, remodels, and asset replacement programmes.\n\nThis role is heavily focused on refrigeration commissioning and installation, with responsibility for managing associated electrical and M&E works to ensure seamless project delivery.\n\nSalary up to £59,000 plus package and bonus.\n\nYou'll take full ownership of projects from initial survey through to commissioning and handover, ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nLead and manage refrigeration commissioning, installation, and electrical teams across multiple sites\nDeliver full lifecycle refrigeration projects, from site survey through to commissioning and client handover\nConduct detailed site surveys and produce accurate quotations for refrigeration and associated works\nOversee the installation and commissioning of commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring performance meets design and specification\nWork closely with Construction Managers and stakeholders to deliver snag-free, fully operational refrigeration systems on time\nPlan and manage labour, specialist subcontractors, and plant requirements for refrigeration installs\nEnsure all works comply with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and company HSE procedures\nPrepare and manage RAMS, commissioning plans, and technical documentation specific to refrigeration systems\nAttend key project meetings (pre-start, technical, commissioning, and handover)\nCollaborate with Quantity Surveyors to control costs and manage project variations\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to refrigeration systems, commissioning, and installation\nMonitor subcontractor performance to ensure quality and efficiency on-site\nManage all project documentation, including O&M manuals and refrigeration compliance records\nDrive high-quality delivery, ensuring minimal snagging and rapid resolution of defects\nLead, develop, and motivate your team, ensuring strong technical and safety performance\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nRefrigeration systems commissioned and handed over on time and fully operational\nSnagging issues resolved within 6 working days\nHealth & Safety and F-Gas compliance maintained across all projects\nLabour, plant, and subcontractor costs controlled within budget\nProjects delivered to target profit margins\nHigh standards of technical quality and system performance\n\nAbout You\n\nYou'll have strong experience managing commercial refrigeration projects, with a solid understanding of commissioning, system performance, and compliance (including F-Gas). \nYou're a confident leader who can manage engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders, while maintaining a hands-on approach to technical delivery when needed.\n\nRefrigeration Project Manager - Leeds\n Refrigeration Project Manager - Leeds\n Leeds\n\nCalibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their , , , /beliefs, or .
