Experience in supermarkets, transport refrigeration, commercial systems, HVAC, or chillers is beneficial. Don’t have supermarket experience? How You’ll Work * Plan your own schedule, prioritise calls, and optimise routes to minimise downtime. * Use systems like RDM to diagnose issues before arrival and bring the right parts. * Communicate with store teams for smooth access and minimal disruption. * Follow health & safety and F-Gas regulations, keeping accurate records. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and repair refrigeration assets (display cases, freezers, cold rooms, chillers, packs, condensers). * Diagnose faults using engineering skills and monitoring systems (RDM, Monika). * Ensure compliance and documentation. * Collaborate with store teams to reduce downtime. Essential Skills: * NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or relevant experience). * F-Gas Category 1 certificate. * Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills. * Strong customer focus and ability to work independently. * Full UK driving licence.
