Refrigeration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to lead on-site HVAC and refrigeration maintenance at a critical pharmaceutical facility. This hands-on role involves performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and coordinating service tasks to ensure optimal performance of all temperature-controlled systems. Key Responsibilities: * Lead HVAC and refrigeration maintenance activities on-site * Perform PPM and respond to reactive service tasks * Ensure timely and accurate completion of service documentation * Coordinate with the facilities and service manager * Organise team schedules and submit detailed service reports Requirements: * Proven HVAC/refrigeration experience * C&G 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certification * Full UK driving license * (Desirable: IPAF, PASMA, CSCS/Skill card) Benefits: * Overtime paid door-to-door at time and a half * 28–33 days holiday, pension, private healthcare * Company van, fuel card, uniform, PPE, laptop & smartphone * £150 on-call retainer (1 week/month), with additional cover as needed If you feel you are suitable for this position, please send us through an application and we will be in touch shortly...
