We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves installing refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and air conditioning units across sites, working primarily with major high-street chain brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of commercial refrigeration systems, including cold rooms

• Installation of air conditioning systems

• Working on nationwide sites for well-known high-street brands

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

• Carrying out work safely and efficiently on live sites

• Communicating effectively with site managers and project teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in refrigeration, cold room, and AC installation

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)

• F-Gas certification (essential)

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work nationwide and stay away when required

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Professional and customer-focused attitude

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience working with national retail or high-street brands

• CSCS card

• IPAF or PASMA
