Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves installing refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and air conditioning units across sites , working primarily with major high-street chain brands .
Key Responsibilities Installation of commercial refrigeration systems, including cold rooms

Installation of air conditioning systems

Working on nationwide sites for well-known high-street brands

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Carrying out work safely and efficiently on live sites

Communicating effectively with site managers and project teams

Requirements Proven experience in refrigeration, cold room, and AC installation

Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)

F-Gas certification (essential)

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work nationwide and stay away when required

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Professional and customer-focused attitude

Desirable (but not essential) Experience working with national retail or high-street brands

CSCS card

IPAF or PASMA
