A unique job role has arisen at Bartlett, traditionally we look for 1 applicant for Installations Apprentice and 1 applicant for Service apprentice, this new role is a unique Hybrid role in which the apprentice will participate in works with both Service and Installations Supervisors to get a broader experience base.

Pay- will start at minimum wage as per age.

Due to continued success an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Improver apprentice role. The ideal candidate would be joining our busy and enthusiastic team; will demonstrate enthusiasm and a drive to develop and build a fulfilling career.

The role will be spread between assisting on Service call-outs and Installations of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment. The successful candidate will be motivated to work initially alongside our Install Supervisor with a view to working independently as part of our wider team once full training has been completed and working alongside one of our Service Supervisor's completing tasks as required. The role involves undertaking company activities positively and additionally liaising with the Service Supervisor.

* We require applicants to have some experience installing/Servicing air conditioning & refrigeration systems preferably including split, multi split & VRV/VRF but this is not essential. * 2079 Safe Handling qualification but not essential. * NVQ 2 OR Equivalent - preferred but not essential * CSCS cardholder - preferred but not essential * IPAF 3a &3b cardholder - preferred but not essential. * PASMA cardholder - preferred but not essential * If you do not have any aspect of the training and qualification requirements, a willingness to undertake training and exam process to gain this as part of your development is essential. * Strong interpersonal & communication skills. * Strong work ethic * Flexible approach to work/clients’ requirements. * Preparedness to work overtime, out of hours from time to time and participate in the call-out rota. * Organization skills * Positive attitude & great customer service skills * Flexible approach to travel with a Full Driving licence
