Job Title: Recruitment / Sales Consultant
Location: Houghton-le-Spring
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment / Sales Consultant to join a busy and growing team. This role involves a mix of candidate resourcing, client interaction, and general sales activity within a fast-paced environment.
Working Pattern:
4 days per week

1:00 PM 5:00 PM

Additional hours may be required as needed. This depends on the work flow.

Duties May Include:
Supporting recruitment activities and candidate sourcing

Assisting with client communication and account management

Contributing to business development and sales tasks

General administrative and office-based duties

Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills

Reliable and adaptable approach to work

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Previous experience in a similar role may be beneficial but is not essential
