Recruitment Resourcer – Facilities Management

Central Belt, Scotland Hybrid / Flexible Working ⏰ 37.5 hours per week (flexible start/finish)

The Role

FM Search & Select is growing and we’re looking to bring in a Recruitment Resourcer to support our FM recruitment delivery across Scotland.

This is a candidate-focused role, working closely with our directors to source, engage, and manage high-quality FM and engineering professionals. You’ll be trusted to own candidate pipelines, work live roles, and play a visible part in successful placements.

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the search, headhunt, and relationship side of recruitment and wants to develop within a specialist, growing business.

About Us

Founded in February 2025, FM Search & Select has quickly established itself in the Scottish FM market and is now appointed to multiple national PSLs.

We are relationship-led, quality-driven, and not KPI obsessed. You’ll be supported directly by two directors with 20+ years’ FM recruitment experience in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.
