Fox Resourcing Are Looking For A Recruitment Resourcer In The Peterborough Area
£12.71 per hour 37.5 hours per week (9am – 5pm)
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team covering Peterborough! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in recruitment.
The Role:
* Making cold calls from our internal database and various job boards to attract candidates
* Headhunting candidates for permanent job opportunities
* Carrying out candidate specification calls
* Contacting new and existing clients via phone and email
* Building strong relationships with both candidates and customers
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (but not essential)
* Comfortable making high volumes of calls
* Organised and able to manage your workload
