We're a dynamic start-up recruitment agency based in the heart of Wivenhoe, and we're on the hunt for a driven, organised, and proactive Resourcer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and founders, gaining hands-on experience across multiple job sectors including tech, finance, operations, marketing, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing high-quality candidates across a variety of sectors and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and candidate feedback
Writing engaging job adverts and social media content to attract top talent
Building talent pipelines for current and future roles What We're Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for people
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing or a strong interest in the industry is a plus, all backgrounds considered as long as you are confident and able to talk to all types of people
