Key Responsibilities Source and engage candidates for industrial, driving, logistics and warehouse roles Post job adverts, manage inbound applications, and conduct screening calls Maintain candidate availability logs using our internal platform (QBIS) Support the team with bookings, compliance checks and timesheet coordination Liaise professionally with candidates and colleagues across the business
