Job Title: (Russian Speaking) Service Consultant / Personal Assistant

Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus and phone

Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Service Consultant to join our Head Office team. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role within the Trades & Labour recruitment sector, focusing on candidate resourcing and support.

Working five days per week, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the organisation. The role involves contacting candidates from our database and website to assess their availability and interest in current opportunities.

You will be required to screen CVs, assess candidate suitability, and negotiate daily rates. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with candidates, clients, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish

* Make outbound calls to source and assess prospective candidates

* Screen CVs and evaluate candidate suitability for roles

* Negotiate candidate pay rates

* Register candidates on the internal database

* Answer, screen, and direct inbound phone calls

* Handle general enquiries from candidates and clients

* Maintain accurate data entry and records

* Post and manage job advertisements

* Liaise with clients, take job orders, and build relationships

* Attend meetings (both site-based and office-based)

* Carry out general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, and mailing

* Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements

* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar role (preferred)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

* Confident telephone manner and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Language Requirement

Russian language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage
