The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our UK operations, helping to deliver high-quality talent to our clients. You’ll be working closely with our Managing Director and recruitment team to identify, engage, and manage candidates while providing essential support for client hiring campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate sourcing & engagement – using our extensive database, job boards, and LinkedIn to find top talent. Screening & shortlisting candidates for roles in architecture, design, engineering, and construction. Database management – keeping our candidate pool fresh and up to date.
