Youll support both recruitment and workforce planning and well provide full training and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesPost job adverts, screen CVs, and interview candidatesCoordinate candidate placements and client bookingsManage and update the recruitment databaseLiaise with candidates, clients, and internal teamsAssist with workforce planning to ensure shift coverHandle emails, schedules, and client correspondenceRequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and people skillsConfident multitasking under pressure (especially at busy times like Easter, Summer & Christmas)Flexible to work night shifts (10pm6am / 11pm7am), weekends, and Bank HolidaysWhat We OfferWeekly salary paymentsFull training and ongoing supportA friendly, supportive team environment??
