Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that external providers operate in accordance with their contractual provisions Stay up to date with current and relevant employment legislation and advise Managers accordingly of any changes that could affect the recruitment process Understand and incorporate ED&I principals into the recruitment process and support the embedment of this within the wider NMMS recruitment team.
