To deliver high quality, customer focused recruitment, supporting the Recruitment & Development Manager and wider business to deliver against its objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that external providers operate in accordance with their contractual provisions Stay up to date with current and relevant employment legislation and advise Managers accordingly of any changes that could affect the recruitment process Understand and incorporate ED&I principals into the recruitment process and support the embedment of this within the wider NMMS recruitment team. Oversee the effective administration of the recruitment process including general administrative duties Undertake shortlisting, interviews, and selection of candidates Communicating appropriate feedback to candidates Identify and source suitable recruitment channels to the business minimising cost to the business Develop creative sourcing techniques to expand on the talent pool within the tanker sector.
