We’re seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead our internal recruitment team in Whalley, driving the end-to-end hiring process for key roles across our services — including Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Nurses, and Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of in-house recruiters
• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Set and monitor recruitment KPIs and team performance
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Collaborate with operational managers to forecast hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing recruitment within the health or social care sector
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent understanding of compliance and safe recruitment practices
• Results-driven and confident using recruitment KPIs
• Clear, confident communicator and effective stakeholder manager
