We are currently seeking either an experienced Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant looking for a step into management to lead and develop our SEND team based in London. The Role As Recruitment Manager for the SEND team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of consultants, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional recruitment service to schools and candidates. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
