From sourcing and engaging top-tier talent to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you'll directly contribute to the growth and success of our team. About You You should have previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency) is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging approach Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) You should be proactive, focused on sourcing candidates for live opportunities within our business, and capable of cultivating relationships with future applicants. Your Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for both trainee consultants and internal operations roles Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent Source candidates via headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Conduct phone and in-person interviews and build a strong talent pipeline Represent and promote Reperio's culture and employer brand across all recruitment touchpoints This role goes beyond traditional recruitment, it offers the opportunity to influence our internal growth strategy and make a lasting impact on the business.
