Previous experience within 360 recruitment

The role
You will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment life cycle while building strong partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities

Managing recruitment processes from initial client briefing through to successful placement
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans
Identifying, sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Providing clients with market insights and salary benchmarking guidance
Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting account growth
Ensuring candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the process
Supporting employer branding and candidate attraction campaigns
Working closely with colleagues to share leads and opportunities
Contributing ideas that help drive innovation and business growth
