IT Recruitment Delivery Partner - BRISTOL (Hybrid Working)

We’re looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic team and work with multiple global clients, delivering IT contract and permanent roles across diverse sectors. This is a fantastic chance for someone to accelerate their career in a high-performing, rewarding environment.

• £50,000 OTE in Year 1
• £70,000 OTE in Year 2

If you're highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and ready to juggle multiple vacancies, this role is for you. Delivery consultants are key players in our team and are often the ones closing the most deals!

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both contract and permanent roles
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
• Write job descriptions and manage external job adverts to attract the best talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, prep candidates, and gather feedback
• Extend offers to successful candidates and provide constructive feedback to those who aren't selected
• Meet and exceed targets for candidate generation, interviews, placements, and billings
• Maintain accurate records and update the company database
