Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission

We are seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant with 2+ years' experience delivering into IT, ERP, CRM, or Workday vacancies to join our growing team. This is a non-sales, candidate delivery-focused role aligned to North American clients, where you’ll work UK afternoon-evening hours to support active hiring needs across a range of technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality candidate sourcing and management for permanent and contract IT roles across ERP, CRM, and Workday systems.
• Source talent for North American vacancies, partnering with internal stakeholders and account managers to fulfil client needs.
• Use a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen, qualify, and guide candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within internal systems and ensure process compliance.
• Meet delivery-focused KPIs including submission volume, quality of CVs, and time-to-fill.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment delivery experience, ideally in an IT/ERP/CRM/Workday environment.
• Proven success delivering multiple concurrent roles at pace.
• Experience sourcing in markets such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Able to work UK hours 12pm–9pm to align with North American client demands.
• Familiar with ATS/CRM tools, Boolean search, and sourcing best practices.
