A leading global investment firm is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract through to the end of the year.


This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, fast-paced environment, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes with a particular focus on complex interview scheduling.

The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to bespoke processes, and work closely with senior stakeholders and helping to shape a best-in-class candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume and complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced private equity environment
  • Support end-to-end recruitment delivery for a variety of roles, managing large candidate pipelines and maintaining a consistent, high-quality experience throughout
  • Design and run bespoke recruitment processes, tailored to the needs of individual investment teams, with a strong focus on inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • Gain exposure across a broad range of sectors, partnering with internal stakeholders to support hiring across diverse portfolio companies and functional areas


Experience:

  • Manage all logistics for interviews, including room bookings, calendar invites, and preparation of interview materials
  • Strong background in recruitment coordination within a fast-paced, global environment—experience with candidate tracking systems and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously is highly desirable
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, complex interview scheduling, including across multiple time zones
