Matt joined in September 2022 and hit the ground running, achieving promotion 3 times on the bounce and becoming one of the top billers in the company. He has the goal of growing his team to become the biggest at Ernest Gordon and is looking for individuals to join him at the Bristol HQ. Ernest Gordon specialises in Engineering, Technical and IT Recruitment across the UK.
