Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for a new opportunity? Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Construction team within the Housing division, based at our Head Office in Newport.

Key Duties

• Use your sales expertise to grow and develop your housing division desk.

• Develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.

• Service clients and fulfil their recruitment requirements.

• Source, screen, and vet candidates, matching them to suitable opportunities.

• Register candidates in line with procedural, legislative, and customer requirements.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Respond quickly and effectively to clients' recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role.

• Strong sales and business development skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Organised, responsive, and target-driven approach.

• Passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
