Key Responsibilities Proactively build and develop a client portfolio through research, outreach, and visits. Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source, assess, and match candidates to suitable permanent opportunities. Advise clients on salaries, market trends, and talent strategies. Negotiate contracts and maintain compliance with policies and agreements. Achieve revenue, growth, and activity targets while driving new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience in IT sales, recruitment or staffing. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and close deals. Commercial mindset with knowledge of mid-market and/or enterprise customers. A proactive, results-driven attitude with attention to detail.
